Bayvie Returns & Preorder Policy

At Bayvie, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple 14-day return process.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Packaging: Please use original packaging to prevent damage during transit.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.


How to Return

  1. Email Us: Contact shopbayvie@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and your reason for returning.

  2. Follow Instructions: We’ll send you the return address and any required return authorization.

  3. Package Your Item(s): Keep tags attached and use the original packaging.

  4. Ship It Back: Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Refunds

  • Processing: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Method: Funds will go back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.


Exchanges

To exchange for a new size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping if applicable.


Preorder Policy

Preorders are made-to-order to reduce waste and produce intentionally. For this reason, all preorder sales are final and cannot be refunded or canceled once placed.

Please double-check your size, style, and color before purchasing. We’re always happy to help with sizing questions prior to ordering.
