2. Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s schedule.


3. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select locations.

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes in their country.

  • Delivery times vary and may be delayed due to customs processing.


4. Shipping Notifications

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen events.

  • For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We’re happy to assist if further help is needed.


6. Incorrect Address

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
