• Washing Instructions: 

Machine wash cold to prevent shrinkage and preserve fabric integrity.

Turn garments inside out before washing to protect colors and prints.

Wash with similar colors to avoid color bleeding.

• Drying Recommendations:

For best results, tumble dry on low or air dry to maintain the shape and feel of the fabric.

Avoid excessive heat, as it can cause shrinkage and wear over time.

• Special Considerations:

Items that are naturally dyed will retain their color longer if hand washed and air dried.

Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach to preserve the garment’s quality and color.

• Local Pickup & Delivery: For customers in the East Idaho area, we offer local pickup and delivery options at checkout for added convenience.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

1. Email shopbayvie@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and reason for return.

2. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.

3. Ship your item using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return and will be issued to the original payment method.

• To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
